Mercy Flights is Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant is responsible for keeping ambulances clean, stocked, and ready for service. This role also supports stockroom organization, inventory, receiving, shipping, and general supply area upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect ambulances and equipment.
  • Restock ambulances and ensure supplies are ready for crews.
  • Maintain organized stockrooms and supply areas.
  • Complete vehicle inventory and daily work documentation.
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, stocking, and inventory.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Prior stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must successfully complete required physical and functional testing.
