Whispering Pines Landscaping is seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused Landscape Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating outdoor solutions for clients, and working closely with both customers and operations teams to bring projects to life.

From luxury landscapes and poolscapes to patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces, youll help guide clients from the first conversation through project completion.


What Youll Be Doing

Sales & Client Relations

  • Conduct discovery calls with new leads to understand project scope, expectations, and budgets
  • Meet with clients on-site to discuss landscape construction projects
  • Follow the company sales process from lead qualification through project handoff
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals
  • Review estimates with the Construction Manager prior to presentation
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively address concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up after project completion to confirm satisfaction and generate referrals

Project Coordination

  • Ensure all job information is accurate and transferred properly to Operations
  • Coordinate permit applications and specialty material orders with the Sales Assistant
  • Communicate project timelines and scheduling constraints to Operations
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination as required
  • Participate in pre-construction site reviews with the Construction Manager
  • Review completed jobs for pricing accuracy and profitability

Business Development

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to transition construction clients into long-term maintenance clients
  • Participate in client appreciation initiatives and referral development
