Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, motivated, and driven Assistant Manager HVAC Operations to join a growing heating and cooling company. The Assistant Manager HVAC Operations will oversee HVAC projects from start to finish while supporting scheduling, purchasing, project management, and daily operations.

As the Assistant Manager HVAC Operations, you will work closely with the President and Vice President to oversee residential HVAC installation and service projects for production builders, custom homebuilders, and residential customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HVAC projects from conception through completion.
  • Coordinate and direct multiple project activities to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between project management, field employees, and customers.
  • Schedule HVAC installation and service technicians based on project priorities.
  • Utilize scheduling, purchasing, pricing, and reporting software to manage daily operations.
  • Assist in managing HVAC system design and installation processes.
