What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Support site operations: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Lead and motivate: Supervise and coach a team of car wash attendants to ensure exceptional service, professionalism, and adherence to operational policies. Step in as the shift leader or acting manager when needed.
  • Drive membership sales: Actively promote Mr. Magicโ€™s membership programs, coach team members on effective sales techniques, and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
  • Train and develop: Participate in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves with a clean, shiny car and a great experience.
  • Maintain a safe and organized site: Monitor and maintain equipment; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; manage supplies and chemicals; and keep the site clean and well organized.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Partner with the Site Manager and District Manager on site planning, promotional activities, and operational improvements. Analyze sales dashboards and operational metrics to inform decisions.
  • All other duties as assigned by your supervisors.

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of team leader and/or supervisory/management experience
  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales or sales management experience
  • Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Open Availability, including weekends and holidays
