Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Support Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Support Food & Beverage Operations: Assist in creating a smooth and memorable dining experience by supporting servers and kitchen staff.
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Set tables, clean and reset them after guests leave, and ensure all items are clean and properly arranged.
  • Assist with Food and Drink Service: Help deliver food and beverages to guests, refill water glasses, and respond to guest requests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Clean work areas, dining spaces, and service stations; handle spills and ensure floors and chairs are tidy.
  • Replenish Supplies: Restock items like utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages at service stations.
  • Physical Tasks: Lift, carry, push, and pull objects (up to 25 lbs without assistance, 50 lbs with assistance); bend, twist, reach, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Follow Safety and Quality Standards: Adhere to health and safety protocols, company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Communicate Effectively: Read and verify menu information, interact with guests and team members professionally.
  • Adaptability: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support the team and ensure guest satisfaction.
