We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and dependable Front Desk Operations Coordinator to keep our salon running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys multitasking, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WEEKENDS (FRI -SAT ARE MANDATORY), With flex hours during the week.
What You’ll Do
   •   Manage appointments, schedules, phones, texts, and guest communication.
   •   Keep the front desk running efficiently throughout the day.
   •   Support salon operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, laundry, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
   •   Recommend memberships, retail products, and salon add-on services.
   •   Help create a five-star experience for every guest.
   •   Work closely with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
