Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Operations Changeover staff assists in converting the Arena, Community Ice Rink, and Conference Center to and from various events.
Assist in any event set-up, ice maintenance and daily operations needs of the venue.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $22.00 to $24.00

Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three venue, state-of-the-art multi-purpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA.  This seamless complex offers a NHL regulation ice rink open year-round, diverse arena space that can be used for WHL hockey, basketball, indoor football, trade shows, concerts and more; as well as a full conference center that can host conventions, meetings, weddings, banquets, and more.


  • Assist in facility operations, maintenance and ice maintenance.
  • Assist in event, conversions and operations.
  • Event setups, changeovers, custodial tasks, ice maintenance.
  • Participate in day to day operations of the Arena, Ice Rink including ice maintenance.
  • Coordinate preventative and regular maintenance for all ice related equipment and company vehicles (including truck, fork lifts, etc).
  • Assist the Engineering department with projects as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous arena or ice experience preferred, but not required.
  • Forklift, scissor lift and Zamboni experience preferred, but not required.
  • Able to use power tools as well as basic hand tools.
  • Able to work flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work and be on feet for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, unaided.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform tasks unsupervised as well as help lead others
