Barrie Ford is currently seeking an Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Sales Assistant to support our daily operations and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, communication, and logistical tasks that ensure smooth business functioning and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records in databases and internal systems.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Task Organization: Assist with managing schedules, tracking to-do lists, and ensuring all team tasks are organized and completed on time.
  • Email Follow-Ups: Monitor and follow up on emails to ensure all communication threads are complete and no opportunities or inquiries are missed.
  • Vehicle Deliveries: Coordinate and manage vehicle delivery logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication. Sales Follow-Ups: Support the sales team by following up with leads and clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
