Barrie Ford is currently seeking a Merchandising & Marketing Specialist to join our team of customer focused professional within our high volume and process-driven Dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for the merchandising, marketing, and presentation of pre-owned vehicles to optimize sales and profitability. The position focuses on ensuring that all pre-owned vehicles are attractively displayed, accurately priced, and well-represented online and on the lot. The Merchandising and Marketing Specialist will work closely with Sales Managers to implement effective merchandising strategies and support overall sales objectives.

• Detail-Oriented: Ensures that all pre-owned vehicles are displayed in an appealing and organized manner
• Collaborative: Works effectively with sales and service teams to coordinate merchandising activities
• Proactive: Takes initiative in identifying and addressing potential issues with vehicle presentation and pricing

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of automotive retail operations
• Familiarity with applications such as PowerUp, vAuto, DeskIt, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in taking photos and uploading them to a computer

Special Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post Secondary Education Preferred
• Basic Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Familiarity with PowerUp, vAuto, Deskit, and Microsoft Office Suite
