What You'll Do

As a Guest Services & Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional table service during catering tastings, including welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Driving company vehicles for local deliveries or pickups as needed.
  • Assisting with kitchen prep sheets, catering labels, and order accuracy.
  • Performing local errands, supply pickups, and catering deliveries.
  • Supporting front-of-house, kitchen, catering, or operations teams wherever needed.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other systems like POS software to stay organized and efficient.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and team members to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of professionalism, flexibility, and a can-do attitude. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, catering, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and comfort driving company vehicles.
