This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility.If you enjoy solving problems, operating important behind-the-scenes processes, and supporting both members and team members, this could be a great opportunity for you! What You'll DoThe Payment Operations Specialist supports the daily operation of the Credit Union's payment services, including ACH processing, debit and credit card operations, digital payment products, and other payment and card related services. This position processes transactions accurately and efficiently, researches and resolves payment issues, and helps ensure daily operational deadlines are met. Responsibilities include:Process, monitor, balance, and resolve exceptions for incoming and outgoing ACH transactions within established deadlines.Handle ACH disputes, returns, stop payments, reclamations, and other research requests according to applicable rules and procedures.Maintain debit and credit card services, including account updates, closures, limit changes, restrictions, and other card-related requests.Review Remote Deposit Capture transactions, identify potential fraud, process exceptions, and adjust member deposit limits.Establish and maintain ACH, wire, Treasury Management, and Business Online Banking services for business members.Research and resolve payment-related questions from members and team members, providing timely follow-up.Process mail payments and support daily operations for Credit Union owned credit lines.Maintain department procedures and recommend improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, and member service. What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is logical, dependable, and enjoys solving problems.
