A Brief Overview
The Debit Card Services Associate analyzes fraud, and non-fraud disputes and identifies potentially fraudulent situations. Responsible for processing the daily card control functions. Ensures efficiency and accuracy with the Bank's policies and procedures.
What you will do

  • Provide clear and concise debit dispute decisions within established guidelines.
  • Complete provisional credit to customer's accounts, if required, and help management decide on potential changes to fraud rules.
  • Answer inquiries received through help tickets and participate in Card Services phone queue.
  • Communicate effectively with branch staff to obtain information needed for supporting documentation for dispute creation with our debit card processor.
  • Monitor daily card order transmissions for errors and enter rush cards into CPI system.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all governmental debit card regulations and Visa rules.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all internal and external software and processes used for debit card processing.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
