About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Assistant to support a wide range of needs across our team. This is a hybrid, part-time position that includes both in-office support and remote work. Responsibilities will vary, but include content creation, recruitment and onboarding support, file organization, event preparation, storage unit management, and QuickBooks oversight.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Hybrid position: at least 2 days per week in the office/storage unit
  • Remaining work may be completed remotely
  • Part-time schedule: 15-20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Scan, file, organize, and securely shred documents
  • Organize office storage areas, physical materials and supplies
  • Maintain organization of off-site storage unit as needed

Team & Operational Support

  • Assist with meeting and training support, upcoming events, and initiatives
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding
  • Experience in reviewing invoices and creating invoices in Quickbooks.

Content Creation & Creative Support

  • Develop and prepare materials using Canva
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Ensure content aligns with established branding and messaging

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking

  • Excellent time management and task prioritization
  • High communication skills, both in person and telecommunication

Qualifications
