The Role

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Finance and Administration team while providing support across Windsor.


This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things moving. Because this role supports our employees, office, equipment, and events, regular onsite presence is an essential part of the position.


What You'll Help With


People Operations
Recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, training, and employee programs, including coordinating and tracking FMLA and other leave documentation.


Office & Company Support
Mail, supplies, vendors, scheduling, meetings, office organization, documents, and general administrative needs across Windsor.


Events & Gatherings
Company events, lunches, trainings, celebrations, and other gatherings.


Technology & Equipment

New hire computer and equipment setup, basic technology support, and equipment tracking.


Financial & Project Support
Invoices, expenses, purchasing, recordkeeping, project coordination, and other day-to-day business needs.
