Job description

Successful candidate for the position of Administration Assistant will perform various administrative, clerical and financial tasks to support our front-end office. Must be a motivated self-starter and have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. Candidate must be dependable and highly organized with strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
  • Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Epicor ERP data entry
  • Perform filing and copying
  • Maintain vendor and customer files
  • Receptionist duties and visitor control
  • Regular inventory for office supplies
  • Assist with month end closing (as needed)
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing visual aids for weekly and monthly meetings
  • Maintains safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized
  • Maintains continuity among team by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications, etc.
  • Participate in required meetings amp; trainings
  • Holiday Party Planning
  • Provide administrative support for purchasing activities, including creating purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Able to cross train into other departments as needed

Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
