Job description

Directive Consulting is the leading B2B marketing agency for brands that are serious about the metrics that matter most.
With over a decade of expertise and 420+ B2B brands under our belt, we've earned our reputation on real outcomes. We run through 3 divisions: Performance, Communications, and Commerce, all wired to share intelligence and answer to revenue. That system spans everything from Paid Media and Content Marketing, to PR and Paid Social, to Marketplace and Lifecycle Marketing. Tying it all together is our methodology, DiscoverabilityOS™, which aligns brand and demand to guide your ICP to choose you across every decision point.
We move fast. We think boldly. We hire people who challenge the status quo, build campaigns worth talking about, and make bold brands impossible to ignore. If you live for performance, love solving hard problems, and want your work to actually mean something, you'll fit right in.
*Internally this role is titled Account Strategist, Sales Operations*
About The Role:

Role Mission: To execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform our clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.

You are the technical champion. While the Director of RevOps defines the high-level architecture and leads the pitches, you own the execution. You are responsible for making the blueprint a reality within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.
What you Bring

  • Technical Prowess: You are a Salesforce wizard. You think in ERDs. You know when to use a Formula Field vs. a Flow. You have battle scars from messy data migrations.

  • Consultant Mindset: You don't just take tickets; you ask "Why?" You can explain to a Sales Manager why a specific validation rule is going to save their team 5 hours a week.

  • Agency DNA: You understand that Time is Money. You are disciplined with time-tracking and thrive in a high-velocity, multi-client environment.

  • Precision-Obsessed: You have a "double-check" culture. You wouldn't dream of pushing a Flow to production without testing it in a Sandbox first

Requirements

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).

  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you).

  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).

What We Offer

🏠 Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary

🙏 Medical, dental, vision plans, disability, and life insurance coverage for you and your family that fit your lifestyle

Including a 100% employer-paid plan for you and a 50% employer contribution for your dependents

Benefits to Support the Whole Person:

🧠 Mental - Access to certified therapists through Spring Health, membership to Headspace

💪 Physical - Gympass

🛫 Time Off - Unlimited PTO (2-week minimum), Paid Company Holidays, Your Birthday Off, End of Year Recharge (Closed December 24 - January 1), Paid Parental Leave

💰 Financial - Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match

🌟 Bonus - Annual bonus based on tenure, which scales in total amount over time

🌴 Annual Anniversary Trip with peers and executive leadership for fun and entertainment!
