Manager of Infrastructure Operations ERP Suites is seeking an experienced Manager of Infrastructure Operations to lead and manage our IT infrastructure team. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a deep technical background, a commitment to operational excellence, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Location: Our home office is based in Cincinnati, OH. However, we are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location. Although the position is fully remote, occasional travel may be required based on job needs.

Travel: Occasional visits to ERP Suites facilities or customer sites Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and morale. Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and services.

Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance expectations. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business resilience. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Collaborate with project and service delivery teams to prioritize workloads and allocate resources effectively. What We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud computing, and automation tools. Problem-Solving and Leadership: Ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless operations.

Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant industry certifications.
