Job description


Position Overview 

The Customer Excellence Coordinator provides administrative support and customer service to both internal and external customers. The Customer Excellence Coordinator executes timely customer-related requests and a continuous support of the Sales and Operations Team goals. 


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates timely execution of accurate customer data input and reporting
  • Facilitates the execution of timely customer payables and monthly metrics 
  • Operates with integrity and confidentiality while upholding ethical standards of the organization
  • Establishes a positive image to both internal and external customers while delivering superior customer service.
  • Responsible for filing, updating, and maintaining internal customer database
  • Expedites customer load breakdown to provide timely information or payment
  • Provides administrative support to the Sales Team and Operations Department
  • Supports ongoing continuous improvement while developing knowledge of our customer and supplier base
  • Demonstrate understanding of company policies, rules and trainings 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Available to fulfill flexible scheduling requirements as determined by the manager and /or business needs of the operation
  • Candidate must pass a pre-employment physical, background, and credit check
