Job description

Process Engineer

What you'll do:

As a Process Engineer, you'll design, configure, and optimize production processes from inception through to start-up and certification. You'll research and develop new equipment, draft technical project objectives, and prepare CAPEX or improvement project proposals.

You'll also:

  • Oversee day-to-day production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring malfunctions.
  • Lead or participate in CAPEX projects, manage installations and start-ups of new process equipment, and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards.

You'll also need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Proven experience in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CAPEX project management and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with HSSE standards and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
