Theย Operationsย Coordinator provides essential operational support to the West region.ย Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role manages scheduling, documentation, resourcing, and communication that keep production activities organized and teams functional.ย Theย coordinator supportsย smooth workflows,ย strongย cross department communication, andย effective systems management.ย

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Leadership Supportย 

  • Manage scheduling, travel booking, and expense tracking for regional leadershipย 
  • Execute ad hoc projects and reporting as neededย 

Systems Managementย 

  • Oversee time tracking, expense submission, and freelance booking systemsย 
  • Manage internal workflows and process documentationย 

Culture & Team Buildingย 

  • Coordinateย largeย regional meetings and events designed to strengthen connectivity and team cohesionย

Qualificationsย 

  • 1-2 years in production, project coordination, or creative operationsย 
  • Proven organizational and documentation skillsย 
  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Excel, PPT, Teams)ย 
  • Experience with production workflows and tools (Workfront,ย Airtable, Jira, or similar)ย
