BrandSafway is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hoist Group facility. This is a unique opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and serving as the central point of coordination for a busy, customer-focused operation.

In this role, you will function as the operational hub of the facility, partnering closely with project managers, branch leadership, field personnel, customers, and vendors. From coordinating deliveries and managing job setup to procurement, billing, and customer support, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into branch leadership, as it offers exposure to nearly every aspect of running a specialized construction services operation.

Monday-Friday Day Shift (on-site)

What You'll DoLead Daily Facility Operations
  • Serve as the primary operational coordinator for a standalone Hoist Group facility.
  • Support the day-to-day management of branch activities, ensuring efficient workflow and customer responsiveness.
  • Coordinate office, yard, and project activities to ensure operational success.
  • Partner with field teams and leadership to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
Project & Job Administration
  • Create and open new jobs within company systems.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and operational data.
  • Process project billing, track job status, and assist with financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Procurement & Inventory Coordination
  • Coordinate procurement activities and purchase orders for equipment, materials, and supplies needed to support branch operations and customer projects.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requested materials.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with forecasting branch operational needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and transportation activities.
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, field personnel, and project teams to ensure seamless project support.
  • Monitor schedules and proactively address potential delays or operational challenges.
  • Ensure equipment and materials are available to support customer timelines.
Customer & Branch Support
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Support customer inquiries, project scheduling requests, and operational needs.
  • Assist with maintaining strong customer relationships through outstanding communication and service.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth and customer retention.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist leadership with operational reporting, workload planning, and process optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
QualificationsRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, branch administration, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, equipment rental, hoist, scaffolding, access, or specialty contracting operations.
  • Experience with job costing, billing, purchase orders, procurement, and scheduling.
