Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator include but are not limited to:

· Monitor and manage live trip operations, proactively resolving real-time issues such as schedule changes, customer requests, and service disruptions

· Maintain and update operational dashboards, track performance metrics and support scalability across global markets

· Review and analyze rider and driver feedback to identify trends, resolve service gaps, and recommend improvements

· Collaborate with internal teams and fleet partners to ensure service quality, vehicle readiness, and operational efficiency

· Develop and document processes to improve workflow efficiency and maintain consistent service standards

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions

Candidates for Operations Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, analytical analysis, or process documentation

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure

· Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-standard environments with minimal supervision

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in real-time situations

· Proficiency in data tracking, reporting dashboards, and processing documentation

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special operational needs

Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
