This is a perfect opportunity for a current college student or someone starting their career in business administration to gain valuable, hands-on experience.

You will be a key player in keeping our team organized and efficient. You’ll help with supplier communications, prepare documents, track orders and invoices, and ensure our records are always up-to-date.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with communications to suppliers to check on order status.

  • Help create and track purchase orders and vendor invoices.

  • Organize and maintain contract folders (certifications, test reports, drawings, etc.).

  • Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

What You'll Gain:

  • Competitive hourly pay.

  • Hands-on training with government contracting systems (DLA, WAWF).

  • Real-world experience in procurement, logistics, and business operations.

  • Mentorship in a dynamic, compliance-driven industry.
