Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing support to the manager and assisting with day-to-day operations.
The operations assistant will help ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Operations Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data
  • Shipping arrangement, data entry by using Quickbooks
  • Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules
  • Provide support to the manager as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations support or sales assistant
