Job description

We are recruiting for a Benefits Assistant for a confidential client in Simi Valley, California.

This is a 4-month temporary assignment through September 30, 2026 with possibility of extension.

Full Time 

What You Will Do:

  • Process and track benefit premium invoices across medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, COBRA, and supplemental benefits
  • Assist with benefit enrollments and deduction setup in payroll and benefits administration systems
  • Support wellness events, open enrollment activities, and benefits communications
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries in person and via email

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ year of administrative/office support experience in a confidential setting
  • Experience with an ERP or Benefits Administration System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
