As an HR Director supporting the Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, one of Microsoft's fastest-growing businesses, you will lead and execute people strategies that enable organizational growth, talent excellence, and business impact. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will serve as the strategic integrator across HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated people solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 6+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 9+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and leading through ambiguity in fast-paced, continually evolving environments.

  • Experience partnering with technical, product, engineering, or AI-focused organizations.

  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing HR teams.

HR Business Partnership M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
