About the Company


We are looking for a Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter to support hiring across the fashion industry, working closely with teams in New York and Los Angeles. This fully remote role operates on PST hours and plays a key part in building talent pipelines for active and upcoming searches across fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and skilled at identifying talent that aligns not only with the requirements of the role, but also with the brandโ€™s voice, culture, and overall business needs.


Responsibilities


  • Source talent for active, upcoming, and ongoing searches across fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
  • Support New York and Los Angeles business teams by identifying talent across key fashion and consumer markets.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Solutions team to understand client brands, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Execute strategic outreach to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Review resumes, portfolios, and online profiles to assess alignment with role requirements and brand fit.
  • Stay current on brand partners, industry trends, and relevant talent pools.
  • Provide pipeline updates, sourcing insights, and market feedback to internal teams.
  • Support sourcing efforts tied to new business opportunities and prospective client needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within systems such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of organization, responsiveness, and data accuracy.
  • Participate in virtual recruiting events and, if based in the Los Angeles area, attend onsite events as needed to support recruiting efforts.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including posting roles and helping maintain efficient workflows.
  • This is 2 month + contract fulltime hours.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.


Required Skills


  • Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions and shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or a similar sourcing platform.
