Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Application Delivery & Strategy team at DISH requires a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to drive agent application strategy. This role addresses the critical challenge of defining and managing end-to-end business requirements for the real-time software applications that customer support agents rely on to assist users. By bridging the gap between diverse business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, this position ensures that new strategic initiatives for TV and OnTech operations launch seamlessly. Success in this role depends on streamlining complex workflows, resolving ambiguities in operational processes, and directly aligning front-line agent tools with overall business growth.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Define and manage end-to-end business requirements for customer-facing agent applications to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely IT delivery

  • Collaborate with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align technical solutions with TV and OnTech business objectives

  • Research, analyze, and optimize existing user experience processes to proactively identify and implement system enhancement opportunities

  • Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to accelerate requirement drafting, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and improve documentation efficiency

  • Achieve departmental OKRs by reducing requirement churn and improving post-launch agent adoption metrics across high-priority initiatives

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or business operations.

  • Required Technical Skills:

    • Business requirements gathering and structured documentation design

    • Process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis

    • Cross-functional stakeholder coordination and project lifecycle management
