What is an onsite representative?

An Onsite Representative is a professional who is stationed at a client’s location to manage and coordinate services or processes on behalf of their employer. Their responsibilities often include acting as a liaison between the client and their company, ensuring that operations run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Onsite Representatives are commonly found in industries such as staffing, logistics, and facility management, where close oversight and client interaction are essential. Their role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively support both the client and their employer.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as an onsite representative?
