Insight Global is seeking a Kronos Support Analyst to provide Tier 2โ€“3 support as they upgrade their Kronos platform from iSeries to Workforce Management (WFM).


This individual will support day-to-day troubleshooting and configuration of the Kronos system, working within ServiceNow to resolve tickets and support end users. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical and functional Kronos expertise, with frequent involvement in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user set-up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2โ€“3 support for Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) system
  • Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Kronos issues
  • Perform user setup and access configuration (manual provisioning)
  • Troubleshoot application issues, configurations, and system functionality
  • Configure and maintain:
    • Data views
    • Hyperfinds
    • Time clocks and related system settings
  • Respond to technical questions and provide support to end users
  • Assist with platform upgrade efforts from iSeries to WFM


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of Kronos experience (strong preference for iSeries and WFM)
  • Hands-on experience with Kronos configuration and setup
  • Experience configuring:
    • Data views
    • Hyperfinds
    • Time clocks
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
