We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Designee to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and workforce management best practices.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting on workforce metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Manage HRrelated inquiries from employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
