Job description

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-time Textile & Wares Processor openings at our Burton Store located at 4095 E Court St (across from the Courtland Center Mall), in Burton, MI.

$15.00 an hour plus Bonus Potential !!

 20% discount on in-store purchases !!

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in maximizing store sales and help increase the profit of Goodwill.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer/donor service.
  • To achieve expectations for task assigned:
    • Receive, process, price, and display merchandise as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards,
    • Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour,
    • Provided EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
