Job description
Position Description: Wanted: Experienced, Dynamic Recruiter with staffing agency experience for growing Fort Worth location!
We are seeking a talented recruiting professional who is energetic, people oriented and has a positive can-do attitude.MUST be bilingual English/Spanish and have previous recruiting agency experience to be considered.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter that is driven and passionate about what they do, to join a specialty skilled trades staffing agency team. Must have a good attendance record and be reliable.
Compensation will depend on experience. Full-time, permanent status employees are eligible for incentive bonuses and the company offers excellent medical, HSA, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, plus UNLIMITED PTO!

Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online tools such as Google, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter
Proficiency with a staffing industry ATS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver license
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check
