Job description

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization that funds job training, education, and other community programs by selling donated clothing and household items in Goodwill stores and online. We offer life-changing work on a mission-minded team. We are 1,000 working as one, and each of us is essential to helping our community thrive. Key Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities may vary by department, but can include:
  • Assisting with program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Assisting with retail and/or warehousing management and growth
  • Supporting community outreach and engagement initiatives
  • Conducting research and compiling data for reports and presentations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Helping with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Creating content for internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, social media)
