This onsite role facilitates direct interaction with patients in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patientsโ€™ physical conditions, documenting findings and creating personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
  • Implement advanced physical therapy techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and provide education on injury prevention and home exercise programs that promote ongoing health and wellness.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on patient progress, and maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a seamless recovery process for each patient.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Your role will not only focus on physical rehabilitation but also on empowering patients through education and motivation, enabling them to actively participate in their recovery process.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • A current and valid Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration within a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with common treatments and patient care methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
