Employers may have specific policies, but many healthcare settings welcome experienced nurses of all ages who can perform their duties safely and effectively.

These jobs often require strong communication skills and familiarity with healthcare systems.

What is the side hustle of a retired nurse?

A retired nurse working as an on-call or per diem nurse often takes on side hustles such as home health care, telehealth consulting, or staffing temporary shifts.
