Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On Call Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care to join our team. This role primarily supports our long-term care facilities by providing expert pharmaceutical care remotely. The position requires minimal in-office presence, allowing you to work mostly from home or another remote location. Shifts would be after pharmacy closes, starting at 8pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call pharmaceutical support for long term care facilities as needed.
  • Review and verify medication orders remotely to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Consult with healthcare providers and staff regarding medication management and safety.
