Locations: (Wichita, Topeka, Olathe & Overland Park) KS

Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year + Bonus Opportunities (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide clinical oversight and deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on positive client outcomes and professional growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
  • Supervise and support RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and care teams
  • Maintain compliance and clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Active state licensure as required
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
  • New BCBAs encouraged to apply

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week (30 billable, 10 non-billable hours) as standard.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Bonus opportunities are available for billing beyond 30 hrs/week.
