Overview

The Corporate Sushi Chef supports culinary teams across multiple locations by ensuring consistency in sushi quality, presentation, and operational standards. This role is responsible for training and developing team members in sushi preparation, technique, and execution, with a focus on elevated sushi and omakase service standards.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end sushi and omakase programs. This is a multi-location, on-site role, working 4-5 shifts per week, with regular travel between South Florida locations and occasional out-of-state travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide handson, inservice training, reinforcing sushi techniques, omakase execution, and presentation standards.
  • Train and onboard team members to ensure consistency in knife skills, preparation, and execution.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
  • Ensure consistency in portioning, plating, and omakase presentation across service.
  • Serve as onsite support during service, acting as a liaison with management when needed.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and product handling.
  • Travel between South Florida locations to support operations and training, with occasional outofstate travel.
