About the Role

Own relationship-driven growth of the Omada customer base. Your job is to turn first-time and low-frequency buyers, especially small regional installers, into loyal, repeat customers by understanding their needs and deepening their relationship with OMADA STORE over time.

What You'll Own

  • Segment and profile the growing OMADA STORE subscriber base (for example home users, installers, MSPs, and small business owners) using lightweight research such as survey campaigns, to identify high-value and high-potential accounts

  • Proactively engage high-potential accounts through personalized outreach (email and, where valuable, virtual or in-person meetups) to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build the relationship

  • Nurture new and low-frequency accounts toward their first purchase and toward repeat purchase, shortening the path from early interest to loyal customer

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to feed customer insight back into OMADA STORE's offers, content, and experience, so the store delivers more value to target segments

  • Own and grow revenue within your target cohort, supported by leading indicators such as qualified high-value accounts, quality conversations, cohort repeat and activation rates, and in-account AOV expansion

  • (Potential) Host periodic live product and deployment sessions on OMADA STORE to add value for the installer and SMB audience

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, required

  • B2B inside sales, account development, or customer success experience, ideally with SMB, installer, or channel customers

  • A consultative, advisor mindset that builds trust and long-term relationships rather than pushing for a quick close

  • Comfortable owning a revenue target and working through a longer B2B buying cycle

  • Data-literate: can read customer data, segment accounts, and prioritize where to spend time

  • Strong written and verbal English and a genuine customer-first, problem-solving approach

  • Respects customer trust and consent: keeps outreach focused on customers who have engaged with OMADA STORE, and never treats brand communities as a prospecting list

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or direct-to-business sales motions (for example Shopify)

  • Experience running or supporting lifecycle and CRM email programs or survey campaigns

  • Comfortable presenting or hosting live sessions and webinars

  • Interest in networking, Wi-Fi, or B2B technology products

Benefits

Salary Range: $73,500 - $100,000

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)

  • Contributions to 401k funds

  • Bi-annual pay increases

  • Health and wellness benefits, including free gym membership

  • Quarterly team-building events
