• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing.
• Perform thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify treatment objectives, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments to enhance care effectiveness.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, guiding clients to appropriate resources and support systems in critical situations.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, with proven expertise in providing therapeutic services.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that improve client outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, families, and interprofessional team members.

• Experience with culturally competent therapy and a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery.
• Special consideration for any specific training in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or child and adolescent therapy.

This position offers a highly competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
