Company Overview
CB&I delivers integrated storage and asset-management solutions that help customers operate safely, reliably, and efficiently across the lifecycle of their facilities. Through our two global business units - Storage Solutions, the world leader in tanks, terminals, and storage systems, and Asset Solutions, a leading provider of operations, management, wells and decommissioning services - we combine technical excellence with execution capability to extend asset life, optimize performance, and maximize value.

  • Lead the development of high-quality, audience-focused content and storytelling across owned channels, proactively identifying opportunities to showcase key talent, project achievements, client success stories, technical innovation, and other demonstrations of CB&I's expertise.
  • Manage complex communications projects and campaigns from concept through execution, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality, consistency, and measurable impact.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support opportunities to enhance CB&I's brand reputation through media engagement, thought leadership initiatives, executive profiling, industry features, and strategic communications activities.
  • Develop and implement a consistent cadence of internal business communications that strengthens strategic alignment, organizational awareness, culture, and employee engagement across the Storage Solutions business.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of leadership communications, town halls, employee announcements, newsletters, and other internal communication forums, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on communications effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics; recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide communications strategy and campaign support for regional talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Human Resources and business leadership.
  • Support service lines in building and maintaining relationships with regional industry associations, trade organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and workforce development partners to strengthen market presence and community engagement.
  • Research, recommend, and coordinate community relations programs, sponsorships, and outreach activities that enhance CB&I's reputation and support corporate social responsibility objectives; lead execution of approved initiatives as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with U.S.- and U.K.-based communications team members to develop, implement, and continuously improve group-wide communications channels, campaigns, programs, toolkits, and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate graphic design and multimedia projects, ensuring consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across regional and business unit communications.
  • Develop and support training, onboarding, and guidance materials for leaders and employees to promote awareness of communications policies, procedures, governance requirements, and leadership communication best practices.
  • Manage content review and approval processes, partnering with subject matter experts, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving complex communications challenges, managing competing priorities, and anticipating stakeholder needs while driving effective communication outcomes across the business.
