Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/KorkytWallboard technology

Roles & Responsibilities

Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and other structured/unstructured sources.

Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell.

Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and SOAP API connections for data ingestion, exchange, and operational processes.

Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and merging across multiple datasets for analytics and reporting use cases.

Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power Bl, or equivalent visualization tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, analytics, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Contribute to technical documentation, code repositories, and operational runbooks.

Working across business and technology to create the solution intent and our implementation Engineer vision for large complex solutions Integrate customizations with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure integrations are, modular, and designed to adapt easily.

Facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex Solution Engineering, and find creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain, practical experiments, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

Perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)

This role ensures the solution is fit for purpose and use by collaborating with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.

Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/KorkytWallboard technology.

Experience with comparable products of another/competing vendor would be acceptable.

Contributes to impact assessments to determine if FOS has a scope of work or opportunity when work is coming through the intake process.
