Job description

At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it

through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious,

refreshing, and actually good for you.

We’re looking for passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to help spread the word!

Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will represent OLIPOP at high-traffic events and

guerrilla sampling campaigns while driving product awareness and trial in your local market.

This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with people, sharing the

OLIPOP story, and promoting a health-conscious lifestyle.

Please note that individuals hired through this process will be employed by WorkGenius

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event and Sampling Support:

  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager in executing events, including setup, activation, and teardown.
  • Conduct guerrilla sampling campaigns to introduce OLIPOP to new consumers at community events (including but not limited to parks, campuses, farmers markets)
  • Represent OLIPOP at high-foot traffic events (including but not limited to festivals, and retail demos or trade shows) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Consumer Engagement: Educate consumers about OLIPOP’s unique benefits, ingredients, and mission in an approachable and authentic way.
  • Foster excitement about the brand while providing product samples and answering consumer questions.
  • Capture feedback from consumers during samplings to provide valuable insights to the Field Marketing Manager, including photos of the event to share back with the team.

Brand Representation:

  • Act as the face of OLIPOP in your local community, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Ensure proper setup and display of branded materials, maintaining a visually appealing and professional presence.
  • Uphold OLIPOP’s brand standards in all interactions and activities.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and report sampling results, including the number of samples distributed, consumer feedback, and key observations.
  • Maintain inventory of sampling materials, including product, equipment, and merchandise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about consumer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
  • Previous experience in promotional marketing, sampling, or brand ambassadorship is a plus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Enthusiastic about OLIPOP’s mission and product.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
