What You'll Do
  • Work with qualified company-provided leads generated through our marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Build relationships with borrowers and understand their financing needs.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage and hard money loan process from initial consultation to closing.
  • Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
  • Previous experience originating residential mortgage loans or hard money loans.
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and converting opportunities into funded loans.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work full-time from our North Hollywood office.
