Summary:
  • The Office Supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives (CSRs). The Office Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective functioning of the regional distribution center (RDC) clerical office, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. The Office Supervisor provides coaching and leadership to all CSR personnel, and ensures the company's culture, values, and processes are upheld. This supervisor will foster a team environment that motivates, inspires, educates, and empowers our team members to reach their full potential.ย ย 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute the daily office plan in accordance withthe site leadership team's guidance and direction. Manage the inbound and outbound shipments and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.ย ย 
  • Lead, motivate, and direct the CSRs to deliver best-in-class customer service.ย ย 
  • Ensure all reports and logs are filled out timely and correctly. Key point of contact for all customers entering the RDC.ย 
  • Ability to interface and communicate with direct customers and the leadership team within Southshore Companies.ย 
  • Drive continuous improvement though lean thinking and a 5S mentality.ย 
  • Assist site leadership team to train CSRs to perform his/her assigned work to the highest standards of excellence.ย 
  • Drive a culture centered around safety as a number one priority by ensuring a clean and organized working environment.ย ย 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of clerical office supervision experience .
  • Leadership & management skills: ability to lead, assign work, and motivate CSRs to deliver exceptional performance.ย 
  • Knowledge and experience using SAP.ย 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Proficient with data entry skillsย 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.ย 
  • Strong sense of time management.ย 
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.ย 
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday plus overtime, with flexibility during peak season, January-March.ย
