Job description

We are seeking an experiencedAutomotive Office Managerto lead and oversee all dealership accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dealership accounting processes.Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting office operations
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
  • Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage deal posting, funding, and inventory accounting
  • Supervise and develop office staff
  • Assist with audits and internal controls


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience
  • Previous Office Manager or Controller experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dealership management systems ( Reynolds & Reynolds)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Understanding of Titles
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
