The Office Manager will oversee a small team of 1-5 employees, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This role focuses primarily on staff management and support alongside handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, gather customer information, and understand their HVAC service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
  • Relay job details clearly to service techniicans
  • handle customer communications and follow-ups
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and basic recordkeeping
  • Support overall office operations and dispatch coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in office administration
  • Experience with Service titian or Housecall pro
  • Strong office management and scheduling skills
