The Spring Valley Gold Project is located in the prolific Humboldt Range, an area with approximately 60 million ounces of gold endowment within a 50-mile radius. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Office Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative, travel, and office management functions across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, requiring someone who can independently manage logistics, improve processes, and contribute to a well-functioning, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for multiple team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment (e.g., coffee machines, printers)
  • Coordinate office setup and improvements such as furniture procurement, cubicle installation, and workspace optimization
  • Handle expense-related administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Support cross-functional projects and take on ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for executive visits and other key events
  • Act as liaison with external vendors (transportation, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Provide follow-up support on various operational and administrative initiatives, including relocation coordination
  • Take ownership of miscellaneous projects and undefined tasks, serving as a go-to resource across the office

Qualifications:
