We are a high-end optometry practice focused on delivering exceptional eye care and premium eyewear in a personalized, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities
  1. Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow management
  2. Help lead, train, and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient workplace culture
  3. Manage backend administrative responsibilities including scheduling, reports, inventory oversight, and office coordination
  4. Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to eyewear delivery
  5. Support communication between providers, optical staff, and front office team
  6. Help maintain high standards in both patient care and presentation
Qualifications
  1. Previous optometry or ophthalmology office experience required
  2. Previous managerial or leadership experience required
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  4. Professional communication and customer service skills
  5. Experience with optical sales, insurance, frame/lens knowledge, and lens edging preferred
  6. Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  7. Edging experience preferred
